Set between Wanaka and Omarama, at the edge of the Southern Alps, lies the great lake Hawea. On a beautiful but very windy day, this dramatic scene was captured with the wide angle lens and no filters.

The colours were really intense and you can see the movement of the water as it’s whipped by the wind.
